Enquiries are not bookings
Sending an enquiry does not create a confirmed reservation, guarantee availability or fix the final rental rate. Confirmation must identify an actual property, applicable dates and agreed terms.
Listings and information
Apartment features, availability and prices are subject to verification. Location guides describe areas and are not promises that a specific apartment is available.
Payment and cancellation
This website does not currently accept payment. Any later booking agreement must separately state the amount, deposit, cancellation policy, check-in conditions and responsible contracting parties.
Owner information
Property-owner enquiries are invitations for discussion and do not create a management contract or guarantee publication of an apartment.
